I came across this poster, looks like hand created typography, looks really organic with the selective colour palette. Defiantely want to incorporate hand created type.
Stephan Steigmeister is a key graphic designer to refer to when considering hand created typography. The way he has layered type to the face is something I want to attempt when creating the God/Guru's figures.
Also the festival poster has given me the idea of a possible final outcome idea. Maybe I could design posters to publicize the festivals and to remind the public of the events but also take inspiration from club flyers because many of these festivals are like big parties!
